Management Club Business Activities
M.C.B.A

Mission

Our mission is to unleash the leadership and managerial potential of students through encouraging them to participate in various activities and projects in different fields.

Objectives

- Instilling entrepreneurial spirit among business students

- Coaching students towards developing their own business ideas and putting them into action

- Offering training programs in topics such as leadership skills, communication skills, and human resources (H.R)

- Promoting team spirit among club members.

- Offering club members the opportunities to volunteer their time and efforts to improve the effectiveness of the educational process at the university.

First year experience
- Developing videos and maps that show faculty administration offices, lecture halls, and teaching classes
- Offering leaflets, and flyers, that familiarizes new students with the university rules and regulations
- Showing new students how they can handle their housing, and transportation problems.

Community Service

- Assist university employees handling students' affairs, especially at the beginning of the year.

- Offering teaching classes to faculty workers, to improve their level of education.

Training Program

Offering training programs in such topics as communication skills, leadership skills, human resources, team work and the like.

Online Book Exchange

Our aim is to help students of Mansoura University solve the problem of highly expensive textbooks. This page offers the students a chance to buy, sell, and rent/rent out new or used textbooks through the following page:

Developing Business Ideas

Encouraging club members to generate their own business ideas, and turn them into realities through workshops and group discussions.

Guidelines:

1. M.C.B.A board consists of the club president, vice president, and heads of the club activities' teams.

2. Each committee head is required to define goals for his committee and a plan on how to achieve those goals, with a timeline of events throughout the academic year.

3. Committee heads hold weekly meetings with their team members to discuss the meeting agenda.

4. The decisions made in each meeting are written down in a meeting minutes

5. Committee heads discuss their teams’ decisions with the club president in periodic meetings.

6. M.C.B.A President Job Description:

· develops the job descriptions for members of the M.C.B.A. board.

· Evaluates and guides the performance of the board.

· Build a strong network for M.C.B.A

· Reviews the reports, financial statements, and overall performance of the
club.

· Serve as the spokesperson on behalf of the club in formal events.

· Ensures that members understand their job descriptions and are executing as
planned.
